WELCOME

Maybe you can’t stop overthinking. You replay conversations, worry about what others think, put pressure on yourself, or feel like everyone else has life figured out. On the outside, you may seem like you’re doing fine; inside, you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck.

I specialize in helping teens and young adults navigate anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, but still find themselves caught in patterns they don’t know how to change.

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what to work on. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s keeping you stuck, notice patterns that keep showing up, and build practical tools along the way.

Therapy isn’t about becoming a different person. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more confident and connected, and move through life with a little more ease.

Educational & Professional Background:I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and have more than nine years of experience working with teens, young adults, and families across a variety of therapeutic settings. Those experiences continually shape my approach to therapy: warm, collaborative, practical, and tailored to each person's unique needs.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION LAST?

I offer 50-minute therapy sessions or 80-minute therapy sessions.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON SESSIONS?

Both! My office is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and I offer virtual sessions for clients living in Colorado, California, Florida and Texas. We can schedule based on your location and preferences.

If you need to discuss a lower session rate based on your income, please let me know and we can discuss a plan that will work for your unique situation.

Insurance Information:

Insurance benefits and coverage vary by individual plan and state. If you’re unsure whether your plan is accepted, feel free to reach out and I can help you determine your options.

WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT OF NETWORK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY?
