I’m passionate about helping adolescents and young adults feel truly seen, understood, and supported as they navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, and difficult life experiences. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and feel safe exploring the experiences and patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

 

I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process. Together, we’ll identify and work through the unique challenges and barriers that may be getting in the way of your well-being. My approach is warm, compassionate, and integrative, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to your individual needs. Depending on what feels most helpful in the moment, I may incorporate mindfulness, somatic techniques, experiential activities, and other tools to support your healing and growth.

Educational & Professional Background:

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in California, Colorado, Florida, and Texas. My experience in the mental health field spans a variety of settings, including Wilderness Therapy Programs, In-Home Therapeutic Services, staff-secured and community-based residential facilities, group homes serving individuals and families, and now private practice. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the unique challenges people face and continue to inform my compassionate, client-centered approach to care.
